Principle information

Import and vaccination regulations are updated regularly. Please ask for the newest information about regulations in your destination country. Our staff or your veterinarian will be happy to assist you.

Please keep in mind for your travel plans, that in the summer time some airlines have "heat embargoes", meaning that they will not transport animals on their planes.

Useful information for the trip

  • Put a toy or a blanket into the kennel. The pet will feel more familiar.
  • Write down the name, age and sex of the pet as well as contact names and phone numbers at origin and destination. Mark these visible on the outside of the kennel.
  • Make sure the pet has a neck collar with all important information. A leash could also be useful.
  • Put together a small food package and place it on the outside of the kennel, just in case.
  • Feed the pet 4 to 6 hours prior to departure and provide plenty of water.
  • Do not use any tranquilizers.
  • Give the pet several opportunities to relieve itself.
